Truth is not invented, it is discovered. Real Truth is absolute. It is true for all people, for all time, and in all places. Truth does not change to meet economic, social, or political needs. Truth has been with us since the beginning of time. Each man and woman has to discover this Truth for his or herself. This Truth has been shown to us time and again. Jesus, Buddha, David, Confucius, Moses, Muhammad, Solomon and many more down through the ages have all shown us the Way and the Truth.

This Truth is at the heart of all of the world's great religions. Albeit it has been interpreted somewhat differently by the practitioners of those religions. The key here is that it has been "interpreted" differently, not that it is different. There is only one Truth, that which is. Each of us understands that Truth the best we can according to our perceptions and past experiences and understandings. My truth may seem different from another's, but if it is Truth, it is the same, only spoken with different words. When confronted with variously worded Truths, which at times seem to contradict one another, one must ask, "What is the message in what they are saying? What do their words mean to me?" Trust your feelings, they are your conduit to the Truth which resides within you. All Truth is Self Truth. You are responsible for what you believe to be true. If it does not make sense to you, or feel right to you, then it is your right and duty to reject it or hold it in abeyance until you can examine it further.

There was a time, many hundreds of thousands of years ago, even before the advent of the great civilization of Atlantis, that we could enter and leave the physical bodies at will. We were not born in the flesh and we did not die. We created the physical bodies in which we wished to experience out of the ether. The physical bodies were an outpicturing of who we were as Spiritual beings. The dense physical matter coalesced around our Spirit bodies. When we no longer desired physical bodies, we released the atoms of physical matter and they returned to dust. While we were in fleshly bodies, we knew who we were. We remembered our Spiritual heritage and our divine Father/Mother. We created those physical bodies for the purpose of experiencing the expression of our creativity in physical form.

Over thousands of years we began to derive more and more pleasure from these earthly sojourns. We hungered for power, lust, pain, sensual pleasures (our five physical senses), and other experiences which we could not have except in physical form. As our desire for and pleasure from these experiences increased, we began to pay less and less attention to our inner, Spiritual Selves. We saw only the outer, material world and thought that was all there was. One by one this happened to each of us until we became trapped in these physical bodies. We could no longer leave at will because we forgot that we had that ability. Thus death was born to release us from the incarceration of flesh. This engrossment and entrapment in the physical is what is now known as Original Sin. We turned our backs on our Heavenly Father/Mother and began to worship flesh.

Since we could no longer create bodies at will from the ether, the concept of splitting ourselves, temporarily, physically, into male and female was created. We began life as babies, grew old and died. As Spirits we are neither male nor female, but have all the qualities of both. We are whole Spiritually, not merely a combination of male/female qualities. For example, let H2 be male and let 0 be female. When you combine the two you get H2O, or water (Spirit). You have something greater than the combination of the two. When we decide to be male, we pull down into the physical plane our male qualities. We leave our female qualities in the Subconscious Mind on the Spiritual plane. It is the opposite when we decide to be female. Fortunately, no one is either all male or all female. Even while we are in these physical bodies we have the qualities of both genders. However, one predominates over the other. Since we have all these attributes in us, we can draw upon them at any time, thus becoming, at least temporarily, androgynous, or whole.

Thus began our descent into flesh. We have reached and passed our downward nadir and have begun our ascent back to realization of our source. There have been those among us who have never completely forgotten whence we came. From them have come our great sages and Spiritual leaders. The tradition of the Truth has been handed down from teacher to student. From Atlantean times the schools of the Great White Brotherhood have countered the forces of darkness (ignorance). Those who remembered that we were more than flesh tried to enlighten those who would listen, while those who believed this physical life was all there was yielded to the temptations of the flesh. To this day there exist Mystery Schools which teach Absolute Truth to those evolved beings who are ready to receive it. This Wisdom has always been available to anyone who was ready to begin the journey inward, back to Spirit.

At the present time, we have entered the Age of Aquarius. This has spawned a multitude of "New Age" ideas. Actually they are not new. But they are being accepted by more and more of humanity at an ever accelerating rate. In the mid 1800's a movement was begun on the Spiritual Plane to ready humanity for the Age of Aquarius. The Age of Aquarius is the age of Intuitive Humanity. In this age the veil will be lifted and we will begin to remember who we are. We will remember a stranger on the street as our brother. We will realize that the child dying in Ethiopia is our sister. We will come to know that there are no boundaries, there are no foreigners, there is only one humanity and we are all a part of it. What is done to the least of our brethren is done to us, because we are all one. We will no longer see others as different from ourselves. Gone will be the hatred of ignorance. Present will be the joy of being surrounded by loved ones as we recognize the divinity in all.

We are in a transition state right now which will last until the turn of the century. There is a tremendous amount of Spiritual energy, loving, uplifting energy, being radiated at the Earth Plane by great Masters from the Spiritual Planes. This energy has the thrust of change associated with it. This energy is very intense and will magnify who we are. This causes not only our noble qualities to manifest, but also our less noble attributes. This is a time of great love and great hate in the world. It is a time for us to examine ourselves and concentrate on developing our finer qualities as this energy from the Masters will magnify them and rapidly increase their development. You are where your attention is, and it would be best at this time to place your attention inward and discover who you are.

Spiritualism, Archeology, and occult wisdom were thrust into the limelight in the mid 1800's. All three ask the question, "Who are we and where do we come from?" The Spiritualist Church had its foundation at this time as beings on the Spiritual Plane took a more active part in preparing humanity for the New Age. Classical Archeology was established as a science in 1871 when Heinrich Schliemann discovered the ruins of the ancient city of Troy, heretofore thought to be a mythical city. We began to take an interest in history and in examining our roots. We looked back at what we were and whence we came to try to understand who and where we were.

Some of the greatest clairvoyants and psychics of all time were alive and active in the half century from 1875 to 1925. These were people who could see tomorrow and yesterday just as clearly as they could see today. They were people who could see activity on the Spiritual Plane as easily as they could observe a room in broad daylight. Masters walked the Earth and gave information to their pupils and commanded them to make this information available to the general population. The Society for Psychical Research was founded in England to study paranormal phenomena. The Theosophical Society was formed to disseminate occult information given to Madame Blavatsky and others. The Association for Research and Enlightenment was begun to study the Edgar Cayce readings. Other societies and groups were formed as the groundswell of interest in matters Spiritual, Psychic and Occult continued unabated.

Children born in the last few years have made us shake our heads in wonder. They are born bigger than they have any right to be. They walk at ten months instead of fifteen. They make some of the most unchildlike statements. They are born with an aware look in their eyes. They have rewritten the texts on infant and child psychology. And most of all, they remember, they know, and they see. Today's children remember past lives, they know what you are thinking and what will come tomorrow. They see Spirits and beings which adults can't. For they have been born after the dawning of the Age of Aquarius.

This is also our heritage. We need not shake our heads and feel left out. These are all abilities which we have latent in us. They need but desire and action to actualize. Become childlike and know yourself. Each of us is on a path. The path will lead us to enlightenment. But remember, when you are on the path to enlightenment that it is a joy-filled path, so be sure to stop and smell the flowers along the way.
